Usman Kojo Abonyi

Usman Kojo Abonyi is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Management at the Department of Educational Studies and Leadership, University of Ghana. He holds a PhD in Education from the University of Canberra, an MPhil in Higher Education from the University of Oslo, and a B.Ed. in Primary Education from the University of Cape Coast. His research focuses on educational leadership, instructional leadership, human resource management in education, and teacher learning. He has published widely, contributed to key policy reviews and accreditation exercises, and engages in international research collaborations aimed at strengthening educational leadership, learning outcomes, and school improvement.
