Dr. Samuel Boakye is an International Development and Program Management Expert with 25+ years of experience and practice. He has core expertise in Program Planning, Design, Implementation and Management, Thought Leadership in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL), Collaborative Learning and Adapting (CLA), Institutional Training and Capacity Building, and Research. Samuel has consulted in the areas of Education, Agriculture, Health, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), for the following: Government of Ghana, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Food & Agricultural Organization (FAO), The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), The World Bank, Alliance for Agricultural Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy (OGAC) of the Department of State (DOS), Campbell Collaboration and Doctors of The World (WoTW) and, Winrock International. Samuel was the former Vice President for Research and Innovations in Evaluation at the International Centre for Evaluation and Development (ICED) based in Nairobi, Kenya. Samuel holds a DPhil in Development Studies from the University of Sussex, Brighton UK.
