Fr Raymond Chepedua Tangonyire, SJ

Fr Raymond Tangonyire, SJ, is a Lecturer in educational leadership at the UNESCO Category II Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA) in the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He holds both MPhil and PhD degrees from the University of Cambridge, specialising educational leadership and school improvement. He is an expert in qualitative research, including designs and analysis. Fr Tangonyire’s research interests include leadership for learning, leading and learning in fragile contexts, leadership for professional learning, gender and school leadership, and foundational literacy. He is a member of BELMAS, IPDA, and LfL Network.
