I am a Professor of Educational Leadership and Development, an academic expert and thought leader. I bring deep expertise in how education systems are led, managed, and strengthened to enhance learning outcomes and advance equity. My expertise includes teacher professional development, participatory and community-engaged research, and the design of digital and open educational resources. I have worked extensively across Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, collaborating with governments, universities, and development partners.
